About
We take fitness seriously. But we don’t want you to be so serious that your workouts feel like a chore. We try our best to make every day at the gym an enjoyable experience for everyone, and it’s something about which we are 100% committed!
Since 2019 when this Fitness Studio was first founded in West Seneca, there has been a mission: create a place where anyone can come get healthy while having some fun along the way; no matter what their goal is or how much time they have on hand each week.
We’re not just a gym. We offer the best of all worlds in one place, so you don’t have to go anywhere else for your health, fitness and nutrition needs! With our holistic approach and friendly staff, we’ll make getting up that much easier (and more rewarding).

Meet The Team
Matthew Cybulski
Matthew A Cybulski is a fitness entrepreneur, trainer and personal coach. He’s overcome many obstacles in life to become the person he is now. His “refuse to lose” attitude and “never give up” mentality are what propels to endless personal and professional development. This has all led him to have a passion for helping others do the same.
In 2016 he took a chance on himself and propelled himself into the coaching world. Through various ventures he coupled his two lifelong passions, helping others and fitness to start MAC Fitness out of his basement in 2018. With the help of his wife and family along with hard work, determination and some good ol’ fashioned elbow grease, he created something bigger than just himself: MAC Fitness 100 LLC.
In 2019 he moved MAC Fitness into their current location in West Seneca. After surviving his first year with lockdowns and COVID restrictions, he and the MAC Fitness community will be expanding to help serve and impact more lives.
